Croatia entering the EU and accepting CE regulations
Croatia became a member of the European Union as of July 1, 2013.
Therefore, from now on, all Electronic and Radio/Telecom products should comply with related CE Directives and be affixed with CE Mark before importation and sales in Croatia.

Regulation change in Croatia: R&TT approved equipment no longer requires type approval
On March 1, 2012, “New ordinance on R&TT equipment (OG 25/2012)” of Croatia comes into effect. From now on, R&TT equipment does not require HAKOM’s approval any more. Products complying with European R&TT Directive and affixed with CE marking can be freely placed on market of Croatia. For further information, please kindly contact WoWi Approval Services.
