Thailand NBTC announce a new test standard TS 1039-2566 for frequency band 5925-6425 MHz
On April 28, the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) in Thailand announced a new test standard, TS 1039-2566, for telecommunication equipment and radiocommunication equipment that use the frequency band 5925-6425 MHz. For 5925-6425 MHz applications, such as WIFI 6E, the SDoC scheme will apply. This means that RF, EMF, or SAR reports and safety reports will be required. Please note that for indoor and outdoor use with an output power of 25 mW, EMF/SAR test reports may be exempted.

Thailand NBTC issued a notification regarding new labeling/QR code statement requirements for radio communication devices
The NBTC was recently finalized the discussions and this labeling/QR code statement requirement is now implemented. For the products requiring a license, like UHF 400-470MHz, RFID and non RFID 920-925MHz (output power >500mW), the manufacturer should include the Type 1 QR code statement. Most SRD products, like immobilizer 125kHz, car key 433.92MHz, Wifi, RFID, NFC,...and etc are exempted from the license, the manufacturer should include the Type 2 QR code statement.
The QR code statement shall be shown in the operating manuals and/or package of radio communication devices or by making additional documents putting inside of the packages. The size is specified as 5 x 5cm.

In March, Thailand NBTC issued a notification regarding new labeling requirements for radio communication devices.In order to promote and create awareness of the public about the process, documents, evidence and necessary information about licenses of radio communications devices, below 2 types of statements are applied:
The statement shall be shown in the operating manuals and/or package of radio communication devices or by making additional documents putting inside of the packages.
The size is specified as 5 x 5cm.
However, the implementation details of this notification are under discussion by NBTC so the enforcement date is undefined.
