MOC issued Wireless Regulations amendment No. 5722-2022 (amendment to the label requirement).
On July 04, 2022, the Ministry of Communications (MoC) approved the new SRD regulations, the new regulation includes an amendment to the label requirements, the certificate holder now can use their identification number or the product approval number for the required label.
Previously, the product approval number is mandatory to print it with the required MOC label.

MOC issued Wireless Regulations amendment No. 5722-2022 (Enable Wifi 6E).
On July 04, 2022, the Ministry of Communications (MoC) approved the new SRD regulations, the regulation mentioned that the frequency band (5925-6425MHz with 200mW (EIRP)) is allowed for indoor use only.

MoC published new wireless telegraph regulations and label requirements
On March 15, 2021, the Ministry of Communication (MoC) released a new Wireless Telegraph Regulations (permits adjustment), 2021. The MoC has revised the label requirements and the label now required for all types of approvals.
Below is the summary of the new requirements:
- The new label should be printed on the packaging, if it is not possible due to the size of the packaging of the device, then can print it on the operating instructions (The Manual).
- For the car parts, the label should be printed on the outer box.
- For car parts installed into the vehicle (imported together), then the label should be printed on the manual of the vehicle.

MoC released a new Wireless Telegraph Regulations (Exemption from approval), 2021.
The Ministry of Communication (MoC) released a new Wireless Telegraph Regulations (Exemption from approval), 2021, the regulation includes a list of products that are exempted from type approval in order to encourage competition in the market of wireless products.
Below is the product list for your reference:
1. BT devices operating in 2400-2483.5MHz upon IEEE 802.15.1 with an integral antenna up to 100mW e.i.r.p. ANT/ANT+ equipment with 2400-2483.5MHz and an integral antenna up to 100mW e.i.r.p.
2. Devices intended for the reception of satellite transmissions for position determination using a determination system Global location only (such as GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO or BEIDOU)
3. A parabolic antenna with a diameter not exceeding 244cm including side equipment, intended for the reception of satellite broadcasts
4. Devices operating in the field of infrared frequencies between 1,000 GHz and 3,000 GHz with a transmission not exceeding 200 mW
5. Computer peripherals like a mouse or a keyboard
6. Computer monitors
7. Video Streamers (compliant with the provisions of the European Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU and labelled with CE marking)
8. E-book readers (without cellular functions)
9. Tablets (without cellular functions)
10. Laptops (without cellular functions)
11. Desktop computers (without cellular functions)
12. Converters for the reception of television broadcasts to the public and TV receiver set-top boxes (devices need to be in accordance with the European Radio Equipment Directive 2014/53/EU and bear the CE marking)
