TRC issued the resolution number (5-4/2022) for the instructions and conditions for licensing local radio telecommunication networks (R-LAN).
On 13 April 2022, the Telecommunications Regulatory Commission (TRC) officially issued the resolution number (5-4/2022) for the instructions and conditions for licensing local radio telecommunication networks (R-LAN).
The regulation explains the usage of the RLAN frequencies, the allowed output power, and other conditions such as (TPC&DFS) requirements.

TRC updated terms and procedures for getting type approval
On January 30, 2020, the Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (TRC) of Jordan has published its new procedures for getting type approval and implemented immediately from Feb. 6. The major changes for the new regulation:
The certificate validity from the current 1 year to 3 years.
The new label requires to print on the outer box and on the product itself showing the following information. For the Cellular devices, the label should include the IMEI number.
