802.11ax in the band of 5945-6425MHz is allowed in Ukraine
Based on Resolution No. 976 adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on August 13, 2025, the band of 5945-6425MHz is allowed for use of WLAN 802.11ax devices complying with standard of ETSI EN 303 687.

Regulation updates in Ukraine
Ukrainian Authority the “National Commission for State Regulation in the Spheres of Electronic Communications, Radio Frequency Spectrum and Provision of Postal Services” (NCEC) made a new Decision no. 81 dated 12.02.2025 “On approval of generalized conditions for the use of radio equipment or radiating devices” (the “Decision”).
According to the Decision, below radio equipment can be used without additional permission from NCEC:
