Following its regulatory update of August 27, 2021, it is confirmed that Senegal ARTP is now enforcing the label requirements. Therefore, any approved equipment must be properly labeled before being imported and distributed in Senegal. However, older approved equipment may be exempted from the labeling. The label is adjustable to the size of the equipment and can be placed in the user's manual for tiny equipment.
