ENACOM published Resolution 756/2023 on May 24, 2023, which allocates 5925-7125 MHz Band for Wi-Fi Services. The frequency band is restricted to indoor use only. Technical characteristics and operating conditions:

1) An access point or subordinate device may operate in the 5925-7125 MHz band with the Maximum Equivalent Isotropic Radiation Power (EIRP) of 30 dBm and the maximum EIRP spectral density of 5 dBm in the bandwidth of 1 MHz.

2) A client device will be able to operate in the 5925-7125 MHz band with the Maximum Equivalent Isotropic Radiation Power (EIRP) of 24 dBm and the maximum EIRP spectral density of -1 dBm in the width of 1 MHz band.

3) Emissions outside the band 5925-7125 MHz should not exceed the EIRP of -27 dBm/MHz.

4) The operation of access points, client devices and subordinate device is restricted to the inside of buildings only.

5) Access points, client devices and subordinate device must allow multiple users to share the same spectrum.

6) The operation of these devices is prohibited in vehicles (cars, trains, boats and airplanes). However, the operation of this equipment will be allowed in aircraft when they fly above 10,000 feet height.
