Home Vietnam ICT mark is abolished but still can be used |

Former Vietnamese Authority Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) issued Circular No. 23/2024/TT-BTTTT dated December 31, 2024 to abolish the ICT mark (see below) prescribed in Circular 30/2011/TT-BTTTT for information and communication technology (ICT) products that passed the conformity assessment procedure.

As a result, below conformity mark (Q mark) became mandatory for above mentioned products.

However, the previous ICT mark can still be used if importers apply for a notification letter from Telecommunications Quality measurement Center (TQC) to confirm the conformity mark is “Q” mark and “ICT”, “NAME” and “CODE” are additional information.
