Based on Notice 0416, for Type 2 equipment, the validity of acknowledgement letter of Declaration of Conformity was reduced from 3 years to 1 year.

It also provides a clear list of equipment that must be affixed with the technical certification mark. Vehicular components with SRD functions don’t require labeling.
